Local Hong Kong Orders:

All products purchased from the INTIQUE official online store with quality issues can be exchanged at a designated store within 7 working days from receipt.

1.     If you wish to request an exchange, please email our Customer Service

Department at eshop.cs@bigtank.com.hk within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide the following information for your exchange application:

(1) Full Name

(2) Contact Phone Number

(3) Shopping Cart Number (TG)

(4) Product Part No. (as shown on the receipt)

(5) Exchange Reason


*** The returned product must have all original tags attached and be in good condition. ***


2.     Upon receiving and preliminarily approving your exchange request, you will be notified with further instructions regarding the exchange.


3. To exchange the product, please return the product with the receipt to the designated store or the email-specified address within 7 days.



Exchange Exclusions:

1.     Goods not sold through INTIQUE official online shop (purchases made at our physical stores cannot be exchanged through online customer service).

2.     Discounted items.

3.     Return of underwear and socks will not be accepted for the reason of personal hygiene.

4.     The merchandise is used, washed, processed (e.g., altered), soiled or damaged, the logo is cut, or any other reasons making the merchandise not suitable to be resold.

5.     Lost the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase.

6.     Orders that exceed the exchange period.

7.     Any other circumstances in which the consumer has no right to exchange according to the law.
